No you are not dreaming, there is no keyboard button named <Print Screen> on your Mac, but do not worry it is normal and there are hundreds of keyboard shortcuts in Mac.
Note: You can always launch Grab from searching in Finder, that is what we normally do. But this is an easy shortcut.
Apple likes to make it simple! And on this one is successful, let us face it. So, how to take screenshot in Mac using keyboard shortcuts?
The solution:
- To capture the entire screen: <apple logo key> + <Shift> + <3>
- To capture a zone of the screen: <apple logo key> + <Shift> + <4> (then draw the area to capture)
- To capture a window: <apple logo key> + <Shift> + <4> <space> (then select the window to capture)The <apple logo key> is a button that looks substantially like this:
