site-perf.com :   Underestimates the speed, i.e. it will appear that your webpage is a bit faster than it is really is, like pingdom. Test-points are quite good.

whichloadsfaster.com : Very good tool to compare two websites side by side.

PageSpeed Online by Google : Usually it will yield the same grade by number that of  webpagetest.org.

Browser Addons : For Firefox and Google Chrome, there are addons like Yahoo’s YSlow, Page Speed chrome extension etc.

Web Page Speed Checker WordPress Plugin :  It is WordPress Plugin which connects with Google Page Speed Online to check different optimization rules and test it with your blog address, alerts you with an email to fix any optimization issue, it has a widget that allows to show your PageSpeed Score on every page.
