Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress : Dev Build

Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress is on developmental stage and developed by TheCustomizeWindows. Have a look, provide opinion on this free premium plugin. Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress is solely created by me (except the needed WordPress GPL files and guides). The idea of Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress came after publishing the post on adding Scrollable Image inside posts in WordPress.

The idea and target of Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress

The basic idea behind Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress was nothing but to provide a light plugin with TinyMCE Editor button for option on Post and Pages. A pop up will come and a novice user can simply add the width and height in percentage and set the alignment.

Basically the progress up to this step was completed. But I thought, how it will be, if I add the features to add almost all possible formats to be shown like Scrollable Image ?

So, I started to search on WordPress repository, found 2-3 plugins to embed Google docs, pdf like files. Most has lot of bugs (scales down wrongly or inserts invalid HTML codes or at worst makes the default WordPress TinyMCE editor to disappear).

Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress or Something Other named Plugin ?

So, I am adding this image below using the dev version of Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress as an example :

Optionally, you can add a download link for free or as a premium content with Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress. As I thought of Premium Content to be inserted through Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress, I added another feature extra feature – with a small $2.00 monthly fee, one can upload the content to Akamai’s SSL CDN, that will give security in various ways – in-fact a PDF form or a survey can be inserted with Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress. As you can understand, at this point the name Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress is becoming a misnomer, I will change it for sure.

Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress is otherwise free and Open Source and free version has no limitation of features. Expected date of arrival of Scrollable Image Plugin for WordPress is around mid July, 2012.
