The advent of blogs on the Internet has literally revolutionized the creation of online content. With articles written by bloggers, the number of content and therefore resources available on the web has increased dramatically. Everyone has had to adapt:
- search engines to accommodate these new sources of content,
- readers by diversifying their readings of several blogs,
- advertisers begun to address these producers of articles,

Create original writings and get the due appreciations.
However, and conversely, redundancy articles has also increased tremendously. This is normal and you will say it is so true! This makes full use of the viral method in the blogosphere to disseminate and take the news or quality content to its own readers.
However, the process can quickly reach this limit if it does not itself new and relevant content. Indeed, we realize that negative effects may soon be felt:
- Your readers will find more and more news that will potentially have already read elsewhere, fewer bloggers will take your news on their own blog.
- And so you will have fewer backlinks to your blog
- Search engines will have less of opportunity of marking as reference blog
There almost 2 years a study on the behavior of bloggers and the result was called “Rule of 1%”. Indeed, after observations (which are still valid), we see that out of 100 users online, 1 person will create new content, 10 people will interact with this content (comment, improve it …) and remaining 89 people will not do anything, they will just “consuming” the content.
We can not of course create content everyday. But this study raises the question about who you want to through your blog: a designer or a buyer.

To reach such a large number of subscribers, you would think to uses all sorts of marketing techniques, tips for networking and promotion or tactics, is not it? Well, in reality, this is not the case, and that is why we consider this rather an interesting story.
Obviously we do not mean that all the mechanisms mentioned above are used by rather useless bloggers, extreme quality content alone can advertise a blog and bring traffic.
There is obviously no quick fix or magic formula but an overall strategy of blogging, content quality is to be considered first.
We would even say that from experience it is better not to waste time for blogging about already read three news and take time to write an original article on which you can spend time with. Readers will feel it and your blog will not win that reputation if you publish those news articles.
