Font should not disturb the reading
When choosing your font policy you must be careful about the first reading, the reader must be able to read your posts clearly, otherwise the visitor may not finish the article and leave for something good.
It is therefore advisable to choose a single spaced writing, legible and adapt it to your editorial line, if you tend to write long posts use a font that is very sleek and unobtrusive, on the other hand if you write rather short articles, tutorials, instructions, choose a bigger, clean font.

Integrate into your design

You can always set your font from the CSS stylesheet of your WordPress Theme.
Be more careful not to overuse of different fonts, maximum three, which should be enough between the logo, content and titles.
The header
The header must be a strong point of your design, it should come out from the rest and the visitor must be remembered, so you must choose a strong typography that can develop with relief, texture, etc.
