Primary Keywords are the key phrases for your higher rankings in the search engines , particularly Google. For many sites this will give a potential for much higher traffic, along with a number of sites also higher competing for positions on search engines.
Secondary Keywords tend to be longer, like 4 or more words per phrase and usually have a lower traffic potential, but also have fewer competitor.

Primary Keywords

Primary keywords are the Keywords you would use in the blog text, HTML link anchor, Image alt. This technique of writing with keywords, helps the search engines to know about what your blog article is. If you do this for long term, search engines have a very good idea about the content of your website. At the same time, you should begin to see howKeywords in Blog posts your site moves up in ranking for those keywords, assuming that your blog offers quality content and related keywords for which you are trying to optimize for search engines.

And that’s where the magic of article marketing. Note that one position up within the first two pages of Google search causes a significant increase in organic traffic you get.

Secondary Keywords

These Secondary Keywords  are not as important as primary Keywords , these are to improve the page ranking of your site or blog post, but they are ideal for linking to another post. One of the advantages you get is diversifying inbound links.

There is so much traffic and little competition for those Secondary Keywords , so a good article can make you put the first place in Google Search Engine Result Page. On the other hand, sometimes the long Keywords are themselves a good title for the article.
