Contrary to what you might think this is quite normal for a Cloud Hosting company, we say that there are providers that are able to provide a service with 100% uptime.

  • Failure in the data center that hosts our server
  • Attack or intrusion
  • Excessive consumption of resources by individual customers

Usually indicates the type of fault, on which server and the timing of resolution. This is essential to give the users a first information about what is happening. The details of each service, communicated by the staff. With just one tool, one can keep your customers, give them an estimated time of resolution and limit the severity of the problem by identifying the server or service involved.
