You will face a web page of Google. It will say – “You are about to export Google Code project to GitHub”. You will click the Export button. Next you will face Authorize application web prompt of Github. It will say – “Google Code Exporter by @GoogleCodeExporter would like permission to access your account…” Obviously, accept it.
Google is an expert in personal data export to NSA! You will face no problem. They will again with a prompt – kinda are you sure? You will click Yes. Next you will get a “Export Started” page. A corresponding git will be created :
Things will get copied and you will receive an email from Google Code after the copy is complete. Few hundreds of peoples can copy one project. In description, it will be written – “Automatically exported from code.google.com/p/reponame”.
Do not copy hundreds of projects to yours. You have to write the Readme file manually, which is bad.
