In Microsoft Windows 7,it is possible to access services directly from the right click context menu.Here is a tutorial on how to do it.

Click start, type “regedit” in the search field, right click over it and select “Run as administrator” :

Before any operation in the registry, create a manual restore point

Accept any security prompt.Windows Registry Editor will open.

Go to the following path:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > CLSID > {20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} > shell

Right-click shell, select New, then Key:

Name this new subkey as Services.

Right-click on this newly created key Services, select New, then Key again; Name this new subkey as Command.

At the end up to this stage, you will get something like this:

Double-click the string value (default) and attribute data as:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mmc.exe/sC:\WINDOWS\system32\services.msc

Anyway, it should look like this:

Click OK and close Windows Registry Editor.

Now, right click on Computer in Start menu, you will see the Services menu in right click context menu:

You can see another option in the right click menu: Pin to start menu. By default it is not present. You can follow this tutorial to Pin any folder to the Start menu in Windows 7 to get such option.
