Forgotten Password in Windows 7 (and other OS versions) can be incredibly annoying and irritable. It happened to me once, and I had to reformat the computer because I do not knew how to access it.
The problem was I did not knew the application that allows you to restore passwords for Microsoft Windows 7. This application, called Offline NT Password & Registry Editor is useful for restoring the password of any Windows version, whether Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
If you need to recover the password for your Windows installation, you must first download the application from this link . When you do, you will get an ISO image into a compressed file.
---
You have to burn that image into a CD ISO. Insert the CD into the drive, restart Windows and boot from it as if you were installing a new copy of the system.
Once the application starts, you’ll see a screen that will display the available Windows installations. Each installation is accompanied by a number (on your left). Write the number of your installation and will ask the location of the record. The default option is selected, and just confirm it.
The next screen asks you what you want to do. You have to press button 1 and then 1 again to choose “Edit user data and passwords.”
Once done, the password is reset. Follow the steps to change the password. You can not ever recover the password you’ve forgotten, but no longer need more.
This is not any hack or crack. This is a freeware developed by a developer to help Genuine Windows users to solve the problem of forgotten password. You must agree to the terms and condition written in their webpage before you use it.
