After installing Adobe Photoshop CSx, an option to connect Adobe Drive appears in Windows 7 Desktop and Folder right click context menu. If you do not use this online service from adobe, obviously you will want to remove this Adobe drive option in context menu to make it less lengthy. This tutorial shows how you can remove it.
Here is a screen shot showing how the Adode drive option appears in Windows 7 Desktop right click context menu:

There is no doubt, if you do not use this service, you want to remove it. Though, there is no direct method described by Adobe to remove it; Windows 7 users can easily remove it in two ways: first, is to execute a command to unregister the associated dll and second is to delete the associated sub key from Windows registry editor; which can also be done by running a ready-made registry file. We are describing both methods here one by one.
This is the dll file associated with showing the menu; note the path :

Method one : Removing the option by executing a command to unregister the associated dll
Click Start button, type “cmd” in the start menu search field (without the quotation marks). Right click on the cmd icon and link that appear on top of the results, select “Run as Administrator” (this is known as “elevated Command Prompt” ; we have already described a method to create an elevated command prompt in right click context menu in other tutorial, you might be interested to read it as well.). These steps can be shortened into one screen shot to show you:

Now, type the following command and hit Enter key from keyboard:
RegSvr32 /u œC:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Drive CS4\ADFSMenu.dll
Like this (Click the image to expand to grow bigger) :
Now, after a restart (or log off and again log on), the Adobe drive option will be removed from right click context menu.
To revert the changes, execute the following command to re-register the corresponding dll :
RegSvr32 œC:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Drive CS4\ADFSMenu.dll
Method two : Removing the option by deleting the associated sub key from Windows Registry Editor
Click Start button; type “regedit” in in the start menu search field (without the quotation marks). Windows Registry Editor will open. Go to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{C95FFEAE-A32E-4122-A5C4-49B5BFB69795}
Simply delete the sub key {C95FFEAE-A32E-4122-A5C4-49B5BFB69795}.
