In the file there are different Grids with several default browser widths. From 800 px to 2000 px. This way you can easily choose the width of your choice and design yours in your favourite browser width. The maximum width is 2000 px and minimum width is 800 px. Given height in the file is 1300 px
All elements are made with shapes, so you can easily change their colors. Color of links can also be changed, just like background panels as well.
Fonts which I have used are; Helvetica and Lucida Grande. Those are standard web fonts on Twitter. Be sure you have installed them on your system. Otherwise you might experience a misleading view.
