Cloud Computing 3D Rendering And Scope In Film Industry

Cloud Computing 3D Rendering Has Definite Scope in Film Industry which might alarm the Stars of tomorrow and relieve the Producers investing in the Film Industry. For professional reason my identity is hidden here, work as a professional for 3D rendering to create computer generated special effects.

There are two aspects of this writing – First one is the scope of Cloud Computing in 3D rendering in the next 10 years. Second one is how Cloud Computing based 3D rendering can replace the real human stars and give the producers and investors a charming relief. Although I am not really a Cloud Computing specialist, unlike other authors in this wealthy blog, I have some working experience on the Cloud Computing infrastructure for my own work.

The necessity of Cloud Computing based powerful 3D Rendering in the Film Industry

May be most of the readers have own idol of some Superstar. Personally overall I have very bad experience while working just for 3-5 minutes needed shots with of the superstars. Some of them do not maintain time, can not follow / wish not follow Director’s instruction and ultimately the investor – the producer suffers.

If a technology can offer real human alike characters and very realistic conversations, basically a huge money will be saved – only a script writer have to work, a bunch of directors needed and the most essential part the superstars, the cost of investment for the outdoors are fully eliminated.

I must emphasize that a general person loves a character – not a superstar itself. TinTin, Scooby Doo like cartoons has been tried to make movies with starts – almost all has failed. The reason is people love the corrector of a story. General people mix up the person performing for the script with the actor or actress. This is it. No general people gives credit to the script writer, the producer, the director, the cameraman and all the team that much than they give to a star.

The reason why the producers need a star for a movie is clearly of dual reasons – the fame of the star itself will “buy” some watchers and the assured quality of expression needed for the corrector exactly acted by the star. This it it.

Cloud Computing 3D rendering and animation

Today, if you look at a nicely 3D rendered image, its quite difficult to distinguish it from a real photography. Yes the computer which renders it, needs a huge system resource. Our main barrier for creating such realistic, even more real than a camera can capture is the lack of computing power and partially lack of more advanced softwares needed for 3D rendering.

Just one realistic image consumes more than 4 GB physical RAM and 512 MB Graphical RAM. One minute running video needs at least 30 x 60 = 1800 such images. This needs a huge resource. Pixar and DreamWorks Animation have created fantastic presentations, Afterglow Studios, based in Minneapolis, USA has a big step project basically based on Cloud Computing 3D rendering. Four seconds of animation frames, requires about 10K computing cycles to ensure a precise and realistic animated frame. If you do not have much idea about Cloud Computing World’s cost of computing cycles. Only 10K needs about $ 200 on an average. So basically our current barrier to create Cloud Computing 3D Rendering is the cost and lack of more advanced softwares.

Advantages of Cloud Computing 3D Rendering over normal film production :

Cloud Computing 3D Rendering And Scope In Film Industry

  • Everything can be done, literally from the table top.
Producers and Directors will get quality and time assurance for the production.
  • Any “series” can be elongated as much as needed, simply because the actor or actress never dies.
(I have been requested not to mention anything Adult as probably the Advertising companies has some problems) Simply and frankly, the characters can be “used” as we want. It is inhuman to ask an human to get nude for testing on a location. But with Cloud Computing 3D Rendering animation, we can make any character having anything with an ant or a Bee!
I can not write here about the scope Cloud Computing 3D rendering in hardcore adult industry. You can look at the Wikipedia, you will know the sad stories behind them. No visitor likes the same face for a long time and it is inhuman to ask a lady to sleep with 4 guys, just for money.
