We modified it and Google Plus One Feed Generator became very popular, but for various reason (not from our side) it stopped working. The good news is – we have modified Google Plus One Feed Generator again so that it can work. But…

 

What was our problem with Google Plus One Feed Generator

 

After we launched Google Plus One Feed Generator here and with description how to use, just out of fun, soon SEO peoples added and submitted the Google Plus One Feed Generator to all possible free blogs and RSS feed fetchers.

Original developer Russell Beattie gave up due huge billing. We were still running it. But after a point, the number of requests per second for the Google Plus One Feed Generator reached a million (you are reading it right). Google stopped to process the requests of Google Plus One Feed Generator and the WordPress plugin officially generating feeds through Google Plus One Feed Generator (another instance) also broken down and started to throw 500 server error.

We have made Google Plus One Feed Generator working again, here is the proof as screenshot of our own feed :

 

 

We want that Google Plus One Feed Generator remains free and working

 

So we need your suggestion, both from the developers and a general user who uses Google Plus One Feed Generator regarding :

 

• Obviously we will upload the updated Google Plus One Feed Generator to the old app path, but immediately there is a big chance for Google Plus One Feed Generator to get blocked again.
• Will we put Google Plus One Feed Generator behind authentication process ? That will make the feed fetchers disabled but a normal user will also face the limitation.
