Google Talk is such a Cloud Based Application that was never in favorable situation. Reasons were various – presence of Yahoo! Chat, Skype, Windows Live Messenger etc. Google had a different strategy for Google Cloud since 2007, there is no Google Talk software for OS X or Linux.
