This tutorial shows you how to take full backup of your Windows 7 by creating a disk and that is too, without using any third party software.
Microsoft Windows 7 provides a set of good tools to take backup of your hard hard drive. This will be very similar to what we know with Acronis True Image .(Image Disc + bootable rescue disk).
To access it:
---
Click Start > Click Control Panel> click on “backup the computer” :
When you will click, Set back up, this window will start to collect information:

On the next Window, you will get the option to select where you want to keep the backup file:
You can select another partition, another hard disk, an optical disk or even you can back up on server.
To save it on server you have to click “Save on network” button, another Window will pop up asking the location, username and password for the server.
We are not describing how to save on server in this tutorial, we are showing you, how to save on local disk.
The next Window will ask you whether you want to use the settings set by Windows or you want to define what you want to save:
We are showing you, by selecting the “Let me choose option” and then clicking next button:
In the next Window, you can select the Schedule of regular automated backup too. Atlast, you will arrive to this backup Window, where the details can be seen:
You will see the backup image has been created on the location you selected:
And a rescue CD can be created that can be used to restore through system repair at startup.

Because it contains sensitive user’s data, Windows 7 adds read only attribute.
However, Windows 7 updates the backup as scheduled, so you do not need to bother about the attribute.
There is no need to change the attribute for this sensitive folder.
You want to enter BIOS?
Follow tutorial from Microsoft official website to install. Do not play with the system if you are not sure what you are doing.
