Microsoft Bing displays high quality image every day. These are pictures of nature, holidays, or related to an event.
It is possible, to download these images as wallpaper on Windows 7 and make a custom show, thanks to an RSS feed.
Create the theme:
Download this text file. When you will open it, you will get the code like written below:
---

We have not written it here, instead have supplied as download, as there is chance of distortion of the codes. In case, bowser directly opens it, copy the full text and paste it in Notepad in Windows 7.
Note that, we have highlighted the feed address. The reason is, practically you can use any RSS feed which have images to create similar set of theme. Suppose, this website has image feed, in that case; you can substitute the highlighted text (Bing in our example) with our feedburner RSS address : TheCustomizeWindows.
For feed other than from feedburner, you have change the full url.
In case of deviantArt, login and go to the group’s folder or Artist’s gallery. You will see the RSS icon there:
Right click and copy the link or anyhow get the link. We have used Opera browser, so by clicking it, we got the full url in the address bar:
Again, we are showing you the modified link, in case of deviantArt:
Save the document as example.theme (any name you want, change with Example) by selecting All Files in File Type in Notepad:
It is showing as a theme file after we have saved it:

Double click it. It will give you this prompt:
Do not get tensed, it will show a black Wallpaper by now.
Ensure that the flow is recorded and enable automatic updates:
In Internet Explorer, click Favorites, then click the RSS tab and check the flow. Please check our this tutorial to make it clear, how to subscribe RSS via Internet Explorer.
Right Click on the Feed and click Properties and make sure to check the box “Enable automatic updating RSS feeds”.
Here is recent update we got:

Thats nice!
I can’t seem to get this to work for XKCD’s RSS feed. Here’s the feed I’m using:http://feeds.feedburner.com/xkcd/pXmy
Is there something wrong with this?
Probably FeedBurner or the WebMaster (or some software on the CMS or Server) is not allowing it.
