Blogging is exciting, enriching, entertaining and yes money making too. A blog is more than just a content management system, it is because you are behind it and after all your blog is what you make of it.
There are some ethics and important points for writing and publishing content those of course applicable for blogging , in this article we will discuss about something about ethics and good practices.
Give reference to your sources
You may be tired of hearing it but there are still people who do not give references. Referencing your sources does not detract your visitor from your post, because it depends on your ability to provide it with originality and usefulness. Giving credit is to recognize and it is likely that you too would like you to recognize a job well done.

Do not become a spammer
You may be eager to start your blog, you have dreamed of getting rich from writing or you look for recognition; whatever your reason, try to avoid creating an useless blog, create something with valuable content, reproducing the content of other blogs, redirecting your visitors to other sites are not good at all. For two main reasons, firstly it is difficult to accomplish anything and, on the other hand, the big blogs are built based on quality content, originality, uniqueness and usefulness.
Use the comments properly
Whether on your own blog or on others. Comments encourage the participation of readers, promote communication. Do not expect everything to be flattery, so it is practical, not get carried away by anger, listen to the comment, may be right and if not, answer politely explaining your reasons or your ideas.
When commenting on other blogs do not spam, brings something to the conversation, give your opinion regarding the post. Spam is detected right away and remember that after all you are creating an image of yourself to others and this may not be good.
Update your posts
If you ever write something wrong, you make a mistake in a post, adjust the article and correct it as soon as you have the right information, you will gain credibility.
Be transparent
Some time ago you started a controversy by writing about a new service or say an Advertising company. Frankly, you are an affiliate and get money for writing those things. While anyone is free to decide what to do with your blog, it seems logical on the other hand to be honest with your readers. Think that may be detrimental to find out one way or another, that some of your personal opinions about something, are conditioned by certain factors. Be transparent.
Respect licenses
Do not copy entire articles from another blog on yours without permission. While not the best thing for that to be original, it makes no sense to use an entire post, adds nothing to your readers can not read anywhere else.
Do not hotlink
That is, using images, audio or video from another blog hosted on your server for the blog. You should always upload the files to your blog, since it consume resources of that server.

Very good advice. It’s bad karma to take credit for something that is not your own.
