It is a professional networking system. It allows to add as many as links you wish in your profile. I frankly need not to know more than it.

Sign up to Xing by clicking here and do those formalities like clicking email to confirm. Thats the first step.

Second step is login and add a picture; that looks good. Then, Go to complete the profile; click “Business details” and add your websites or blogs under “Professional experience”. You can add multiple experiences, there by multiple urls.
It will ask for University, click “do not remind me again” and your profile will be 100% complete.
Go to my Xing profile and understand :
- The first url will be nofollow, but second onwards will have direct link. That is why I have added this website twice. The first one is default and will redirect, not good for SEO.
