Measures for enhanced Privacy in Cloud Computing

The first and foremost important point is user name and password. Traditionally, we are aware about securing our passwords by using alpha numeric and special correctors in password. cPanel like solution providers does not accept less than 100% strength of password. As we all know, cPanel WHM has a fantastic password generator.

However, proprietary applications or solutions provided by different companies might not have such embedded features.

Legal provision for Cloud Computing and Privacy :  Basic rule for personal data in the cloud is simple: It is forbidden to all that is prohibited by legal provision or consent of the person concerned. Under certain circumstances, third parties may be turned on in the processing of personal data. This is very sensitive part of Cloud Computing

Variations of Laws across different countries regarding Cloud Computing : Unfortunately, the Laws regarding Privacy issues in Cloud Computing in not uniform across the glob. You might think, what implication does it have. If a Group of Hacker opens a Free Cloud Computing service for the general people while the targeted Cloud Computing users are from a Country where the Laws still offers no specific protection, obviously the Privacy of the users is compromised.

Other points for increasing privacy in Cloud Computing : Cloud Computing provider is obliged to take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure privacy, that otherwise would be responsible for the damage to the customer.

The client on the other hand have to check their compliance periodically in Cloud Computing environment.
