We have almost a bunch of Axis Bank Ltd‘s Titanium Rewards Master Card Secure Code International Card. There were were no problem for past few months. Suddenly they started to refuse to get billed. Those who have Account Linked Debit Cards are quite aware that if the linked accounts has enough money, there should be no problem with transaction, if the account has sufficient balance and the bank will pay without any problem.
Axis Bank MasterCard Transaction Problem and most important transactions which are hampered
While we have noted the fact to Rackspace Cloud, Amazon, deviantArt Inc and others for either recurrent bills we owe to pay through Axis Bank MasterCard and the Axis Bank MasterCard is (rather the cards are) the responsible element for all these facts and if they allow us the due time to open a new account in Citi Bank (and to get the Credit Card at hand) it will be great. While both Rackspace Cloud, deviantArt Inc (their employees in behalf) has been notified, it is an official request from our side to kindly allow us a bit time while we get the physical card from Citibank in our hand.
We apologize for the inconvenience with Axis Bank MasterCard and we will send he official proofs that we are working as fast as possible. If possible Please continue the service (s) for this month. We will try to ask personally a official person from Citibank to confirm that we are working for a new Account linked card. Quite obviously, Citibank or any employee of Citibank can not give warranty that we will pay through that card, it is a kind of assumption that, quite obviously we are trying to pay as soon as possible to run our business and other online things which needed the Axis Bank MasterCard for payment and we are replacing the card with Citibanks one.
Axis Bank MasterCard and their official responses
Well, this part will be handled later by our Lawyer for making us living like thieves for not paying the dues just because of their faulty systems (as verbally said by them). We have not received any written document or notice despite our emails to the officials of Axis Bank, who are legally responsible to solve any issues for the consumers for any problem that might took place with Axis Bank MasterCard.

We are not discouraging any of existing Axis Bank MasterCard users to discontinue or not to create or use their Axis Bank MasterCard or related accounts and services. This is an official note and request to the respective bodies who are not being paid and we are being a asked for this situation to solve the issue.
It is totally up to others whether they will use Axis Bank MasterCard for serious works or not.
