The advantages of owning a full cloud infrastructure was recognized by many companies before, but it is really not possible to create a cloud infrastructure of own by the most.

An optimized data center is at the heart of the IT strategy of any company and many authorities. But to maintain that optimized data center, the man power, both skilled and semi skilled, the cost of infrastructure needed is huge. That results a compromise and underpowered data center.
Virtualized servers have long been in most server rooms and data centers. But the cost of maintaining such a data center is paradoxically costly due to the need of efficient cooling and more skilled human resources.
