It is no longer just a question of managing mountains of data and to ensure a smooth operations of the entire company. In addition to the economic criteria, there are also safety issues needs to be observed and with increasingly importance, potential legal implications of each application on cloud must be considered. The role of the classical system administrator in its current form as a system administrator is no longer needed. However, the skills that a company need for selecting and integrating the external services properly, the job of IT managers are increasingly being important.

Simultaneously through the use of cloud computing services, the responsibility of the departments for need-based configuration and posting of applications increases, particularly in connection with the concept of self-service. This can cause savings and accelerate workflows which must also be calculated and evaluated economically. Untrained Employees Increasingly Becoming a Burden For Cloud.

As many things can be automated reliably, there is a chance of reduction of more specific semi-skilled employees in future too, but the skill employees can get more opportunities with more grasp on Cloud Computing.
