I made this app because all of my computers have horrible graphics cards, and I do not have the money to buy better ones. I wanted transparency, so I made an app that forces transparency. It got popular, and I started building on to it. This is the result.

This app doesn’t ask for much in terms of system power. It can run on Windows XP (limited functionality), Vista, and 7, on both 32 and 64 bit operating systems. It is recommended that you have a semi-decent graphics card (meaning 32mb). I’ve ran it on a 500Mhz, 128Mb RAM computer with AGP graphics, so it should work for you.
