The URL that you have used to post the comment here, shows a Blogger blog.
Blogger blog actually does not have any category, but Labels. Labels are somewhat equivalent to Tags in WordPress. If you are saying about that website, then you need more on site linkings towards the urls of the labels you want to highlight as well as valuable and very relevant backlinks towards the url of the labels.

For WordPress, Categories might not show in SERP if there is any conflict in the settings in the Theme’s SEO settings (if any) and SEO plugin (both should be without nofollow), if they are roboted out (should be allowed), lack of the above linking points PLUS, most importantly, if Google thinks they are not important at all.

Interesting blog post. A few things i would like to bring up is that personal computer
memory must be purchased when your computer can no
longer cope with whatever you do with it. One can add two good old ram
boards of 1GB each, for example, but not certainly one of 1GB and one having 2GB.
One should make sure the company’s documentation for the PC to make sure what type of ram is required.
